What's going on for you, and whether this fits. No script, no upsell.

Who this is for

This is the private path. One to one, at your pace, with no one else in the room. It's for leaders who want to go as deep as they can, and for whom discretion matters.

Why one to one

  • We work on your blocks. Whatever keeps you stuck: the worry that comes back, the place your body won't let go.
  • A guide to yourself. I'm watching only you, so I change the pace and the exercises to exactly where you are that week.
  • As deep as you can go. Nobody else sets the pace. We follow what your system is ready for, session to session.
  • Support during the week. On WhatsApp, between sessions.
  • Discreet. For people whose role makes a group room complicated.

What's included

  • A weekly 90-minute private session. In person at the studio in Bairro Alto, or online.
  • Each week starts from where your body is, not from a programme.
  • A few minutes of exercises a day, usually 10 to 15, updated as you change.
  • WhatsApp access to me between sessions. When something comes up before a board meeting or after a night you didn't sleep, you are not waiting a week with it.
  • Ten private clients at a time. The real ceiling for doing this work properly.

Online, if you're not in Lisbon

The session works the same online. You need a bed or a long couch, and your laptop placed so I can see you from the torso up the whole time: we start sitting up and move to lying down.

What happens in a session

  1. Arrive. We settle into the room and the body.
  2. Set the goal. We talk about how you feel, how you would like to feel, and what seems to be in the way.
  3. Warm up. The face and the shoulders, to loosen what is holding.
  4. The breath. About an hour. Gentle breathing, no forcing, with small movements I choose by watching how your body responds. It tends to be pleasant.
  5. Rest and notice. Time to feel what changed.
  6. Carry it forward. You leave with your exercises for the week.

How the change happens

It's a process. Each movement, and what it does in you, is a word in a language your body is learning. Learning a language takes time.

It's like a path through long grass. Walk it once a week and, after a while, it becomes the way you go without thinking.

Some people feel settled after three or four sessions. Others shift a little every session. After six months of real engagement, the shifts toward calm and steadier reactions are big. I can't promise to solve every problem in six months: some go very deep.

How to start

  1. Book a 15-minute call. What's going on, what you've tried, whether the work fits.
  2. A first session with me, so you feel the work before deciding.
  3. Start weekly sessions, with a few minutes a day on your own.

Questions

Why weekly?

Because the body needs time to learn. A session a week, with a few minutes a day in between, is the rhythm that builds.

In person or online?

Both, the same method. Clients abroad work online.

What does it cost?

I charge by the month. We talk about it on the call, once we know whether it fits.

What if my schedule is chaos?

We fix a weekly slot and defend it; that's part of the work. When travel breaks the week, we move the session or run it online.

Will I cry? Will I fall apart?

Some people release emotion; some don't. Neither is the goal. You can say no to anything, and we go at the pace you can take.

Do you work with people in crisis?

No. This is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

A 15-minute call first. If it fits, we start.
