1. The service

Breathcraft provides private breathwork sessions, group cohort programmes, and weekend workshops (collectively, "the Services"). All Services are delivered by João Tomé, a trained Generative Breathwork practitioner.

Breathcraft is not a medical or clinical service. The Services do not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in acute mental health crisis, please contact a qualified clinician.

  • You are not in acute mental health crisis, active psychosis, or under active clinical supervision for a condition that may be contraindicated for breathwork.

If you are unsure whether the work is appropriate for you, raise it on the discovery call. We will be honest about fit.
