Breathcraft provides private 1:1 breathwork sessions and an ongoing weekly group (collectively, "the Services"). All Services are delivered by João Tomé, a trained Generative Breathwork practitioner.
Breathcraft is not a medical or clinical service. The Services do not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in acute mental health crisis, please contact a qualified clinician.
By booking a Service, you confirm that:
If you are unsure whether the work is appropriate for you, raise it on the discovery call. We will be honest about fit.
1:1 sessions: Sessions are booked following a discovery call and free first session. Rates and payment schedule are agreed directly and invoiced monthly or per container as specified at booking.
Group: A seat in the ongoing weekly group is confirmed on agreement of the sliding-scale rate discussed on the discovery call. The group runs on a rolling monthly basis with a one-month minimum.
All fees are stated in euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
1:1 sessions: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the full session rate. João reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
Group: The group runs on a rolling monthly basis with a one-month minimum. To leave, let João know; your seat closes at the end of your current paid month and opens for someone new. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable once the month has begun.
If Breathcraft needs to cancel a session for any reason, it will be rescheduled or the relevant fee refunded.

Breathwork can produce strong physical and emotional responses. You participate voluntarily and accept that:
João reserves the right to decline or discontinue working with any participant where there is a reasonable concern for their safety or the safety of others.
What you share in sessions is held in confidence. João will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
Group sessions: participants are asked to maintain confidentiality about the personal disclosures of fellow participants. Breathcraft cannot guarantee confidentiality by third parties in group settings.
All content on this website - including text, design, and the Breathcraft logo - is the property of João Tomé. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Session materials, practice guides, and homework documents shared with clients are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breathcraft and João Tomé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
