Group Work · the work, in good company

Beat chronic stress in good company.

An ongoing weekly breathwork group for business leaders - the same systematic method as 1:1, carried by the momentum of a room moving together. Six people, never more. In person, in Lisbon.

Thirty minutes. Find out what this work can do for you.

Why a group

One to one, the work is tailored entirely to you. A group can't be - and that's the trade-off. What a group gives you instead is something private work can't: momentum of its own.

Here's how it builds.

1
As one person lets go of something they've held for years, the room watches a body do the thing everyone came to do.
2
That gives the next person permission. They open a little further.
3
Which gives the next person permission. Session after session, the group develops a force that carries each individual further than they'd likely go alone.
The room stays small. Six is all the space holds.
How it works

Two ways in

Join the open group

Take a seat as one opens. You'll be doing the work alongside other high performers you didn't arrive with - and being among people who understand the load builds a momentum you wouldn't reach alone.

Bring your own group

Arrive with your own people - a founding team, a peer group, friends who want to do this together. You book all six seats and the room stays closed to your circle. If someone leaves, you can fill the seat or continue with five.

What changes

Everything the work does one to one, it does here too.

What the group adds is momentum: progress you'd struggle to reach alone, pulled along by five others doing the same work.
How to start
Who group work is for
For you if
  • You're a business leader feeling the cost of the load in your body - the sleep, the stress, the tension that won't unclench.
  • You want an ongoing practice, not a one-off.
  • You're open to doing real body work in a small room of peers.
Not for you if
  • You're in acute mental-health crisis or active psychosis - that's different work, with a different specialist.
  • You want work tailored entirely to you - that's 1:1.
  • You want to observe more than participate.

"You can tell right away that he deeply knows what he's doing and creates a space where you feel completely safe to lean into the practice. (...) by the halfway point, my nervous system already felt noticeably more regulated and calm. An incredible facilitator (...)."

FAQ
Six people maximum. Often four.
No - this is an ongoing practice, not a course. You stay as long as it serves you, with a one-month minimum.
No. Every session is guided step by step, and the room carries you.
In person only, in Lisbon. The work is done on mattresses, in the room.
You can. You book all six seats and the room stays closed to your people.
Just let me know. After your first month, you can step out whenever you like, and your seat opens for someone new.
Usually, yes - throughout the sessions, and it's welcome. The more important part happens underneath: the nervous system learns to release on its own, better and better.
1:1 is calibrated entirely to you and moves at your maximum pace; the flagship, for depth, speed, and discretion. The group is the accessible way in, with a momentum of its own.
