Why a group
One to one, the work is shaped entirely around you. A group can't be, and that's the trade-off. What a group gives you instead is momentum.
- One person lets go of something they've held for years.
- That gives the next person permission. They open a little further.
- Session after session, the group carries each person further than they would likely go alone.
One log on its own burns out. A few together keep the fire going.
Two ways to join

In Lisbon
- Where: a private top-floor room in Bairro Alto
- How many: six people at most
- Lying down on: mattresses in the room
- How I guide: in the room with you
- When: one evening a week

Online
- Where: on Zoom, from home
- How many: a bigger group, still small enough that I see everyone
- Lying down on: your own bed or a long couch
- How I guide: live on screen, cameras on, so I can see how each body responds
- When: an evening a week, set with the people who join
Both are 90 minutes, once a week, and ongoing: not a course with an end date. When you join, your first session is the next one.
How it works
- One-month minimum. After that, stay as long as it serves you.
- A few minutes of exercises a day between sessions.
- Bring your own people. A founding team or a group of peers can have a group of their own. Ask on the call.
For the online group, you need
A laptop, not a phone. A quiet room with the door closed for 90 minutes. Headphones. Somewhere soft to lie flat with your legs straight: a bed or a long couch, not a yoga mat on the floor.
What clients tell me
Over the weeks, people let go faster, say more about what is happening inside them, and come down faster after a hard moment.
"He creates a container of gentle, kind safety while dissolving ingrained nervous-system patterns."
"You can tell right away that he deeply knows what he's doing and creates a space where you feel completely safe to lean into the practice. (...) by the halfway point, my nervous system already felt noticeably more regulated and calm."
How to start
- Book a 15-minute call. What's going on for you.
- A first session with me, so you feel the work.
- Then the group or 1:1 that fits you. Your first group session is the next one.

Who it's for
For you if
- The load of your work shows up in your body: the sleep, the stress, the tension that won't let go.
- You want an ongoing practice, not a one-off.
- You're open to doing real body work alongside other people.
Not for you if
- You are in a mental-health crisis right now. That needs different help.
- You want everything shaped around you alone. That's 1:1.
- You want to watch more than take part.
Questions
Lisbon or online?
The same work. Lisbon has the room and the mattresses; online you join from home, wherever you are.
Do I need experience?
No. Every session is guided step by step.
Will there be emotional release?
Sometimes. It is welcome, and it is never the goal.
How do I leave?
Tell me. After your first month you can stop when you like.
Group or 1:1?
1:1 is shaped entirely around you and goes at your pace. The group is the lower-cost way in, with a momentum of its own.
The work goes further in good company.
