Terms and conditions
These terms cover the services of All Is Well, Lda., NIPC 515 856 274, Rua Academia das Ciências 11, 1.º Dto., 1200-003 Lisboa, trading as Breathcraft. Booking a session or a call means you accept them.
1 · What Breathcraft offers
- A free live online session, 90 minutes on Zoom; through an ad, with a 15-minute call before it.
- A 15-minute call, free.
- 1:1 sessions, weekly, 90 minutes, in person in Lisbon or online.
- Weekly groups, 90 minutes: in person in Lisbon, or online.
All sessions are guided by João Tomé.
This is not medical or psychological treatment, and not a replacement for it. If you are in a crisis, please see a doctor first.
2 · Who can take part
You must be 18 or over. Before you join you answer the safety question honestly and tell me if anything on it applies to you, now or later. If I have a reasonable safety concern, I may decline or stop working with you.
3 · The free session
- Free: no card, nothing to buy.
- If you came through an ad, your place is held once you have booked and had the 15-minute call.
- Cameras stay on for the whole session.
- It is not recorded, by anyone. Please don't record it either, or take screenshots of other people.
- Doors close five minutes after the start.
- I may remove anyone whose behaviour puts the session or other people at risk.
4 · Prices and payment
Prices are agreed with you before you pay, and sent to you in writing with a payment link. They are in euros and include VAT. Monthly plans are paid in advance each month; longer plans are paid in advance in full.
5 · Your 14-day right to withdraw
If you buy by phone, video, message or online link, or anywhere other than the studio, you can withdraw within 14 days of the agreement, without giving a reason, by telling me in writing (an email is enough).
If you want sessions to start inside those 14 days, ask me in writing. If you then withdraw, you pay only for the sessions already given, and the rest is refunded.
6 · Cancelling and moving sessions
- 1:1: move or cancel with more than 48 hours' notice at no cost. Inside 48 hours, the session counts as used.
- Group: a one-month minimum. To leave, tell me before your next month starts; a month that has begun is not refunded.
- If I have to cancel, we find a new time or you get that session's fee back.
7 · Taking part
The work depends on you: come on time, do the daily exercises, and say when something doesn't feel right. You can say no to anything in a session.
8 · Confidentiality
What you share stays with me, unless the law requires otherwise or someone is at serious risk. In a group, please keep what others share to yourself; I can't guarantee other people's discretion.
9 · Materials
The site, the logo and any exercises or documents I give you are for your own use. Please don't share or copy them without asking.
10 · Liability
As far as the law allows, liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service it concerns. Nothing here limits liability that Portuguese law does not allow to be limited.
11 · Complaints and disputes
Write to joao@breathcraft.me first; I answer within 15 working days. You can also use the online complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, livroreclamacoes.pt), or an alternative dispute resolution centre: the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or the national centre (CNIACC, arbitragemdeconsumo.org). More at consumidor.gov.pt. Portuguese law applies.
12 · Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and a change never applies to something you have already paid for.
